Thank you for visiting the website of the Connecticut Early Education Consultation Network. A dedicated group of practicing consultants worked together to form this professional network in order to support consultation to early childhood programs throughout Connecticut. Since March of 2007, the Network has provided an electronic newsletter as well as forums for consultants and directors to develop some standards of professional practice in education consultation. Periodically, the Network sponsors professional development activities for consultants. The Network is now open to all individuals who provide consultation services in the disciplines of education, social service/behavioral health, and health.
Our Vision:
An independent association of practitioners who establish, promote, and follow standards of best professional practice as consultants to early childhood programs in a wide variety of roles across Connecticut and beyond.
Our Goals:
- To work collaboratively with all agencies, organizations, and programs that utilize, credential, and/or provide training to consultants
- To inform consumers of consultation services of best professional practices
- To provide a network that links consultants to resources, colleagues, agencies, programs, training, and information
